Ayman Results ("we", "us") is a digital marketing business based in Western Sydney, NSW. This policy explains what personal information we collect through aymanresults.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

We only collect what you give us in our forms, plus a small amount of technical information.

• Free review request form: your business name, trade, suburb, whether you have a Google Business Profile, a link to your profile or website (optional), a typical job value, when you want more calls, your name, email and mobile number.
• Contact form: your name, business email, phone number, website, company name, the problem you describe and your timeline.
• Ad information: if you arrive from one of our ads, the campaign details in the link (for example which ad you clicked) are saved with your request.
• Technical information: your IP address is used briefly to block spam and repeated submissions. It is not saved with your request.

Why we collect it

• To review your Google Business Profile and record the free video we promised you.
• To contact you about your request, including a follow-up about our SEO, Google Ads and website services if you want help fixing what the video shows.
• To work out which of our ads are working.
• To keep our forms free of spam and abuse.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We use a few trusted service providers to run the website. They only handle your information to provide their service to us:

• Supabase, which stores form submissions in our database.
• Resend, which sends us an email alert when you submit a form.
• Netlify, which hosts the website.
• Google Fonts, which supplies the fonts on our pages. Your browser connects to Google to load them.
• Meta, through the Meta Pixel described below, to measure our ads.
• ipapi.co, which our home page uses to show your nearest city. It receives your IP address. We don't store the result.

Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers with strong security practices, and we take reasonable steps to make sure they handle your information in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

We use the Meta Pixel on this site to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. It uses cookies and similar technology to tell Meta when you visit a page, and when you successfully send us a free review request. Meta may link this to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it to show you ads, in line with Meta's Privacy Policy. We don't send Meta the details you type into our forms.

You can control how Meta uses this information in your Facebook ad preferences, or block it with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker. We don't use any other analytics or advertising cookies.

How we keep it safe

Your form submissions go to a secure server function and are stored in a database that is not publicly accessible. Only we can access them. We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and provide our services, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices

• You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
• You can ask us to delete your information, or to stop contacting you.
• You can stay anonymous or use a pseudonym when you contact us, but we won't be able to record a review for a business we can't identify.
